Fulfillment Process
Once we receive your order, your order is sent to our Fulfillment Team. This team create your order to be ready for shipping. Fulfillment process can take between 2-7 business days.
Shipping
After your item(s) is(are) fulfilled, it goes to the shipping provider to be shipped. All items will have a tracking number.
Where do we ship and shipping rates
We offer shipping across the USA, Canada & the rest of the world under different shipping rates.
**Please Note** Due to the current state of the postal services & lower amount of fulfillment staff, due to the pandemic, these estimates will most likely be much longer than usual
Usa
- After your order is fulfilled, it takes 5-10 business day delivery
- Free Shipping on all items in USA unless otherwise noted
- 14 Days return Policy with customer paid return shipping.
Canada
- After your order is fulfilled, it takes 5-10 business day delivery
- Hats & Shirts Shipping Rate: $6.50 first item, $2.00 additional items
- Hoodies Shipping Rate: $10 first item, $3 additional items
- Bags Shipping Rate: $7.00 first item, $3 additional items
- 14 Days return Policy with customer paid return shipping.
Rest of World
International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.
- We do not take responsibility for customs fees.
- International Shipping Rate is $10 for first item, $3 additional items
- After your order fulfilled, it takes 10-22 business day delivery
- 14 Days return Policy with customer paid return shipping.
Please make sure you use the right address for your orders. This include making sure you put your apartment number or suite numbers to insure you receive your package at the right address. If you placed the order and noticed an error, please notify us through the contact form immediately. After your order is fulfilled, we cannot make any changes to your address. If your item is in transit and you haven’t received it, check your tracking number we provided in your order confirmation email to track package.
